Project implementation period: January 2023 – December 2025 (36 months).
The members of the EDIH VILNIUS consortium will combine their strengths and competences to help SMEs and public institutions in the Vilnius region to implement digitalisation processes. The consortium will disseminate digital solutions using supercomputing, artificial intelligence and cyber security technologies. The services provided will not only increase the competitiveness of companies, but also enhance the competences of the staff of the organisations providing them.
One of the project’s objectives is to cooperate internationally with other European digital innovation hubs. International partnerships will help the hubs to find specialised digitalisation tools faster and avoid duplication of digital solutions by sharing knowledge and finding solutions.
The main project areas in which the consortium members will provide services include automation, smart city solutions and smart health. The services will be divided into four categories, under which the consortium members will advise the companies and public organisations that contact them. The first group of services will be pre-investment testing, which will enable experimentation, prototyping, etc., the second group of services will be digital skills and training, the third group of services will be funding and investment attraction, and the fourth group of services will be innovation ecosystem and networking.
